$500 cleaning fee (base) plus tax

Max Guests: There is a surcharge for occupancy exceeding 8 guests 6 years old and older. We can accommodate up to 12 guests total.

 

Weddings & Events: Yes, we host a handful of weddings and events each year.  We do have some additional requirements, there is a 1 week minimum, and both houses must be rented. All gatherings must abide by local noise policies. Please visit the weddings page to learn more about them.
